The Minister for Natural Resources and Tourism, Hon Shamsa Mwangunga when lauching the Domestic Tourism campaign at the Mwalimu J.K.Nyerere grounds during Dar es salaam International Trade Fair 2009

The event comprises of two activities, the Tour trips to Bagamoyo, Dar es salaam city and Mikumi National Park as well as the Lauching of the sweepstakes called Jishindie Safari ya Kitalii. The Sweepstakes which is conducted by the Tanzania Tourist Board will reach the climax during the World Tourism Day to be celebrated National wise this September at Iringa. The announced winnwers will have an opportunity to visit Tanzania tourism attractions including National parks.
